Shiny Cycle

May I introduce you my lovely Banette Elijah? He is a shiny Banette who is only shining when it's dark or foggy. Thet's the reason why I wanted to draw a cycle of his shinyness.
He is my one and only shiny Pokemon I realy own (in Emerald). At the moment I'm sewing a Elijah-plushie in his violet day form

The story how I got him is more then "I got him after a chain of 25 Bannets" (when you don't know what I'm talking about google "shiny chaining"). Since I started playing Emerald I wanted a Banette for my team. When I was far enough in the story to catch one I was totally happy After I got myself a normal Shuppet I went on in the main story and climbed the Mt. Pyro. It was foggy there and I run around don't finding the way and fighting Shuppets, when this one appear:
a Shuppet with the most beautiful color I ever saw on a Pokemon!
I was so nervous, but was able to catch him (normaly the most Shuppets where killing themselfs with their curse-attack)
